Method 1: temperature control. UV flat-panel printer should be placed in a cool and backlit corner to avoid high temperature and direct sunlight. The appropriate indoor temperature is 19 ℃ ~ 32 ℃, and the humidity is 25% ~ 70%.
Method 2: power off and moisturize. When the UV flat-panel printer does not work for a long time, you can choose to moisturize after power failure, and do not leave the machine in standby mode, so the temperature will rise.
Method 3. After the UV flat-panel printer is turned on every day, be sure to lay a test strip first to check whether the nozzle is blocked. In summer, the temperature is too high and the ink is easy to dry.
Method 4. Take the week as the unit, clean the interior and exterior of the equipment, especially in the key positions such as the machine head and guide rail. It is particularly important to keep it clean.
