During the installation process, it is necessary to strictly follow the standards to ensure the smooth installation and use of the machine.
1. Ambient light requirements:
UV ink contains UV curing agent. Natural light or LED ultraviolet light in the working environment will lead to ink curing. In order to prolong the service life of the nozzle, UV flat-panel printer needs to take measures to avoid natural light irradiation on site. The on-site light source can be provided by incandescent lamp or LED energy-saving lamp.

2. Ambient temperature requirements:
The recommended ambient temperature for storage and use of UV ink is 18 to 25 ℃, and the humidity is controlled at 55% – 65%. Avoid fire source and high heat environment, and pay attention to the safety of storage and use environment.
3. Ambient airflow requirements:
UV ink will have a slight pungent smell. Please take ventilation measures in a closed environment. If there are auxiliary heating or air circulation equipment on site, the air flow generated by such equipment cannot point to the table of UV flat-panel printer.
4. Environmental dust requirements:
Too much dust and wool in the working environment of UV flat-panel printer may lead to board circuit failure and nozzle blockage. In serious cases, it will lead to ink ash, affect the printing effect and damage the nozzle. Please clean the site.
5. Site power requirements:
The standard AC voltage of 220V / 50Hz shall be provided by UV flat-panel printer on site, and the voltage fluctuation shall be less than 2.5%; The line shall include a reliable grounding wire, and the resistance of the lead to the ground shall be less than 4 ohms. It shall be equipped with an independent power supply system and shall not be mixed with other equipment.
6. Site routing requirements:
For the field wiring of UV flat panel printer, the trunking shall be used uniformly, and the equipment communication and power lines shall not be trampled. If you walk on the ground, you need to install a special protective shell on the line to avoid wire skin wear and electric leakage after a long time.
7. Ground requirements:
The ground on which the UV flat panel printer is installed should be flat, and there should be no landslide, depression and other conditions, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment in the later stage.
